Home Street Home

The money raised from Bands Battling Poverty will be used for our next project we call "Home, Street, Home". This is a project that will spotlight, the impact a collective effort can have on one individual in a life changing way as well, it will provide us the opportunity to diarize the entire process and share what we learn from it.

Community Catapult will select a homeless person, for whom we will provide basic necessities for a period of three months. This will include food, apartment, furniture, and moral support in hopes that at the end of the three months they will be self-sufficient.

We will select our first project participant by hitting the streets and meet the people, who are living there, learn the stories behind their situations. You can come back here to check out video updates on this process once it begins (end of September). We want this person off the streets before it gets too cold.
