Home Street Home
Community Catapult is going to house, dress, feed and support a homeless person for a period of three months - all with the aid of the community - both monetary and time. By offering this individual the framework necessary to get back on his/her feet, the idea is that the person will overcome the circumstances that lead to his/her homelessness. They will find a job, work th rough personal issues and get their life back on track and becoming a self-sufficient member of the community.
We are going to diarize this process in a documentary film that will evidence the positive power that a collective community effort can have on the life of community member.
